What is Above and Beyond?
Above and Beyond provides home management and concierge services, with a personal touch, to Park City homeowners. Our vacation home services range from housekeeping, to event planning, to vehicle care. Our services pages go into greater detail about how Above and Beyond can serve you.
How long has Above and Beyond been caring for Park City homes?
Above & Beyond has been in the business of managing vacation homes in Park City since 2004
In which neighborhoods do you provide home management services?
We manage homes in Deer Valley, Old Town, Park Meadows, Promontory, Pinebrook, Glenwild, and Jeremy Ranch.
What makes Above and Beyond better than the competition?
Because we pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our clients and giving their homes the care they deserve. Because we take pride in providing close attention to detail, exceptional communication. and a strong sense of style. Nobody will enter your home that is not a trusted member of our team.
How does Above and Beyond calculate home management charges?
Monthly home management fees are based on the square footage of your home. For example the monthly management fee for a 5,000 square-foot home, is $400.00 per month.
Are Concierge services available from Above and Beyond?
Yes, we have an ever-growing list of concierge services available to all of our clients. These include, but are not limited to grocery and home staple stocking, bill pay services, mail delivery, and even arranging entertainment reservations. See our Concierge page for more information.
Does Above and Beyond have full liability insurance to protect my home?
Absolutely. Above and Beyond carries full liability insurance. Additionally, all of the vendors we work with are properly insured
What about mail and shipments that I want sent to my Park City home?

Can my utility, HOA and other household bills get paid while I'm away?
Yes, we also offer a bill pay service to further assure convenience in owning your vacation home. $300/mo fee plus bill totals
Does Above and Beyond provide airport pickup and delivery?
Yes, we will make all the arrangements to get you and your guests safely, comfortably, and quickly to your home and back. We can even take your car to the airport in time for your arrival, and pick it up from the airport after you leave. ($140 plus mileage to take a car to the airport, or pick up the car from the airport)
What about the car we leave at our Park City home?
We will drive your vehicle every other week, to ensure that all parts maintain functionality. We will also take care of vehicle cleaning, maintenance and annual registration inspections.
Is Above and Beyond experienced in planning special events and parties?
Yes. We have had the pleasure of building relationships with Park City's top caterers and chefs, and can plan and deliver these services for you. $60/hr plus costs incurred
What if my home needs Handy Man repairs?
Our maintenance team is prepared and ready to handle all of your home's minor repairs. If you have a larger job, we have a list of trusted vendors (tradesmen) we work with and have good history with.
Can you handle emergency repairs?
Yes, we are prepared for any emergency. Our maintenance team knows every inch of your home and is equipped to handle anything that may come up.
Can you take care of our Landscape or Snow Removal?
Yes, our landscape and snow removal associates have worked with us for years and we will supervise all services.
What about my hot tub?
We supervise all service needs of your hot tub. We will increase the service when we know you are coming to town with family or friends. We will drain and clean it as necessary or upon request, at minimum twice a year.
